John Welker & Hawke Robinson will be recording the first monthly RPG Research podcast shortly!

John & Hawke will be meeting Sunday, December 4th, to record the first monthly RPG Research podcast.

Patreon supporters will gain early access to the podcast. https://www.patreon.com/rpgresearch Your support helps support future research, additional services using RPGs to help people with special needs, and can lead to live video broadcasts with live interactive audience.

Since 2004, Hawke has provided the occasional audio/video update, about once per year or so, but there is so much going on in this area of research now, there is enough content for weekly updates and discussions. Also, to make it even more interesting, Hawke is joined by co-host John Welker, a veteran Game Master and representative of the Wizards of the Coast Dungeons & Dragons organized play programs.

The podcast will cover the latest research information on the effects of all forms of role-playing games: tabletop, live-action, computer-based, and solo.

Typical topics include (but not limited to):

  • Latest research information and status updates from The RPG Research Project, The Wheelchair Friendly RPG Trailer, RPG Therapeutics LLC, and other RPG therapy & education related individuals and organizations.
  • Reviews of RPG products, but from the educational and therapeutic perspective, rather than typical of any other RPG reviews.
  • Significant RPG industry news.
  • Interviews.
  • And much more!

We will keep you posted on the release dates.

Happy Gaming!
